Activation
The deal turned into reach.
A sponsor buys a result, not a crew. Activation is the part where a logo on a car becomes film, posts, recaps and the reporting that proves it happened.
How we think about it
A sponsorship nobody activates is a sticker on a car. We turn the deal into something the sponsor can show their board.
What's included
Everything after the signature.
Take the whole programme, or the part your team cannot cover. Every piece is made by the same people who are at the track.

Sponsor films
The films a sponsor shows internally, to their customers, and at their own events.

Events & recaps
What happened at the track, cut while it still matters.

Reporting
What was promised, what was delivered, and what it did.
- Deliverable tracking
- Performance reporting
- Contract compliance
- Renewal input
Who this is for
Anyone with a deal to make good on.
You do not need us to have found the sponsor. Plenty of this work starts with a signed contract and nobody to deliver it.
- Sponsors who have signed
- Brands running campaigns
- Teams with sponsors to keep
- Drivers with obligations to meet
- Anyone whose content is not working
How it runs
From contract to proof.
The contract says what was promised. This is how it gets delivered and recorded.
- 01
Deliverables
Everything the contract promised, pulled into one list with dates against it.
- 02
Plan
What gets made, when it gets made, and where each piece runs.
- 03
Shoot
Our own crew, at the track or on site, including aerial under FAA Part 107.
- 04
Publish
Cut for each channel and put out on schedule, not weeks later.
- 05
Report
What ran, what it reached, and what to change before the renewal conversation.
What you get
Proof, not promises.
- A deliverables list drawn from the contract
- A content plan per race or per campaign
- Films and stills cut for each channel
- Event recaps while the weekend is still news
- Press and media assets the sponsor can hand out
- Reporting a sponsor can show upstairs
- A record of what was delivered, and when
FAQ
Questions first.
We already have a sponsor. Can you just do the activation?
Yes. A signed deal and a list of obligations is all we need to start.
Do you shoot it yourselves?
Yes. Our own crew shoots the photography and video, including aerial work under FAA Part 107. Nothing is farmed out to a company you have never met.
What if the sponsor asks for something outside the contract?
We track deliverables against what was signed, so extras are spotted early and priced rather than absorbed quietly.
Can you run the social accounts as well?
Yes. Social and digital is part of this, from the plan through to what gets posted.
