Production
Aerial
Drone photo and video, flown under FAA Part 107.
Property, construction, facilities and automotive work from the air, flown by a certificated remote pilot and cut by the same team that shoots on the ground.
How we think about it
Height is not the point. The point is the shot you cannot get from the ground, flown legally and cut to match everything else.
What's included
What the air is good for.
A drone earns its place when it shows scale, progress or context. That is what these are.
-
Property & real estate
The listing shot that shows the plot, the setting and the approach.
- Property showcases
- Land & acreage
- Listing video
- Neighbourhood context
-
Construction
The same angle, month after month, so progress is obvious.
- Progress documentation
- Site overviews
- Phase comparisons
- Handover records
-
Facilities & land
Scale that a ground camera simply cannot explain.
- Facility overviews
- Agricultural imaging
- Yards & inventory
- Access & logistics
-
Automotive & motorsport
Cars moving, seen the way they are meant to be seen.
- Rolling footage
- Track coverage
- Reveals
- Event overviews
-
Cinematic flyovers
The shots a film opens on.
- Reveals
- Establishing shots
- Transitions
- Hero footage
-
Flown properly
A certificate, a plan and a check before anything leaves the ground.
- FAA Part 107
- Airspace checked
- Pre-flight checks
- Weather windows
Who this is for
Anything too big to photograph from the ground.
If the subject is a building, a site, a stretch of land or a moving car, the air is usually the answer.
- Real estate agents
- Builders & contractors
- Property managers
- Manufacturers
- Farms & landowners
- Dealerships
- Race teams
- Event organisers
How it runs
Checked, flown, delivered.
The checks happen before a date is agreed, not on the morning of the shoot.
- 01
Brief
The subject, the shots you need, and what they are for.
- 02
Site and airspace
Where it is, what the airspace allows, and what has to be arranged first.
- 03
Fly
Pre-flight checks, then the shot list, in the weather window that suits it.
- 04
Edit
Cut, coloured and matched to any ground footage from the same job.
- 05
Deliver
Video and stills in the formats you need.
What you get
Yours to use.
- Aerial video and high-resolution stills
- Cuts sized for listings, websites and social
- Colour matched to the ground footage
- Repeatable angles for progress sets
- Masters you can archive
FAQ
Questions first.
Are you certificated?
Yes. Aerial work is flown under an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate.
Can you fly near the airport?
Controlled airspace needs authorisation. We check the airspace for your location before a date is agreed, so nobody finds out on the day.
What happens if the weather turns?
Drone work runs in weather windows. If the conditions are wrong we move the flight rather than deliver a poor set.
Can you shoot the ground as well?
Yes, and it usually makes sense to do both in one visit so the footage matches.
