Digital & Technology
Business IT
The systems your business runs on, set up properly.
Email, accounts, security and the machines your team uses every day, handled by the same people who build your website.
How we think about it
Most small business technology is a pile of accounts nobody owns, a password in a drawer, and email that lands in spam. We put it in order and keep it that way.
What's included
The whole stack, or the broken part.
Some of this is a one-off fix. Some of it is ongoing. We will tell you which is which before you spend anything.

How it runs
Audit, fix, keep it steady.
We start by finding out what you actually have. That is usually the first time anyone has written it down.
- 01
Audit
What you run, who owns each account, what is exposed, and what is about to break.
- 02
Plan
What to fix first, what can wait, and what it takes to get there.
- 03
Set up
Accounts, email, security, devices and networks, done in an order that keeps you working.
- 04
Hand over
Documentation your team can follow, and the accounts in the right names.
- 05
Keep it running
What we look after afterwards is agreed for your business and written into the contract.
What you get
Order, written down.
- An inventory of accounts, devices and who owns what
- Email that authenticates properly, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place
- Multi-factor turned on where it matters
- Backups that have been tested, not assumed
- Documentation your team can actually follow
- One place to ask when something breaks
FAQ
Questions first.
Do you take on ongoing support?
Tell us what you run and what keeps breaking. What we look after, and how quickly, is agreed for your business and written into the contract rather than promised on a web page.
Microsoft or Google?
Either. Plenty of businesses end up with both by accident, and part of the work is deciding which one you should actually be on.
Our email keeps going to spam. Can you fix that?
Usually, yes. It is almost always the domain's authentication records. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are exactly the work that fixes it.
Can you work with the systems we already have?
Yes. The audit starts with what you have, not with a proposal to replace all of it.
