Privacy policy
What we do with your details.
Who we are
Wings of Eden LLC, Charlotte, North Carolina. For anything on this page, write to info@thewingsofeden.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form and send us: your name, your email address, and, if you fill them in, your company, your timing, which services you are asking about, a budget range, and your message.
We do not ask for anything else, and there is nothing to sign up for. There are no accounts and no payments on this site.
Why we have it
To reply to you, to scope the work you asked about, and to keep that conversation going. Nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and does not follow you around the web. There are no advertising pixels and no profiles built about you.
Others involved
Three things reach outside this site, and each one sees only what it needs:
- Our email provider. Enquiries arrive in a Microsoft 365 mailbox and stay there.
- Web fonts. Typefaces load from Fontshare and Google Fonts, which means those services see the request your browser makes, including its IP address.
- Our host. This site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our inbox while the conversation is live, and for 24 months after we last hear from you. After that we delete them. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
How we keep it safe
Enquiries sit in a Microsoft 365 mailbox protected by multi-factor authentication, and only the people who answer enquiries can open it. We do not copy your details into other tools, and there is no database of enquiries behind this site.
Your choices
Email info@thewingsofeden.com and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer within a reasonable time and we do not charge for it.
Children
This site is meant for people doing business with us. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
